Applications:
This Glass Double Edging Machine Line , Flat Glass Double Edger With Turning Table Conveyor is used
for grinding various kind of flat glass, such as structural glass, (Architecture glass, building glass), BIPV
glass, PV curtain wall glass, glazed window, glazed door etc. grinding and polishing the double straight
line flat edges and chamfering the upper and lower arris of the glass at one time, which requires high
dimensional precision and polishing precision.
Description:
1. The clamping, opening and closing is controlled by frequency conversion, and it eliminates mechanical clearance by changing quick or slow speed. It ensures the width accuracy of glass.
2. Main transmission adopts the design of through going shaft which ensures the bilateral synchronicity, parallel of processing glass and the uniformity of chamfering. Frequency control that the transfer speed can be adjusted.
3. The glass is clamped by the control of electric machinery.
4. Polishing adopts pneumatic.It also has the function of automatic compensation.
5. The design of locating detent, it ensures the diagonal tolerance of processing glass.
6. Upper chamfering can be automatic rising and lowering, according to the glass thickness.
